I did it, I honestly did it! After many failed attempts I finally quit coffee. After years of drinking it, I noticed that it was giving me the jitters and I'd stress out for days. The first 2 weeks was really easy as I would use Rosemary to help with the headaches, but the last 2 weeks nothing seemed to work.
Now that I've been off it for some time I started drinking it, but only on occasion and when I really need to get something done. I also notice something else that happened. Once the caffeine left, so did my inspiration. I'm not the same person creatively as I used to be. Has anyone ever experienced this?!
On another note, I'll be taking a few vacations this summer starting with a week long trip to California this coming Sunday. I'm excited to get fresh air, beautiful images and time away from my studio.
